ABOUT US - WHAT IS SERVICE, INNOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT?

The Division of Service Innovation and Improvement comprises of programmes, projects and activities that drive up quality for care of the dying through service redesign, evaluation, innovation, service improvement and culture change. The Service Innovation and Improvement Division aims to put innovation, improvement and research into action by applying proven quality improvement tools and technologies and assessing progress through systematic measurement.

The Key Principles of the Division are:
