LCP - CARE OF THE DYING PATHWAY ADVANCED DAY

 

The LCP advanced workshop is aimed at health care professionals who have previously attended the LCP Foundation Day or at staff whose workplace is currently using the LCP.

 

The study day focuses on implementation of the Pathway, education issues and analysis. Delegates can share their experiences and discuss any issues which have arisen with other implementers and the Project Team.

 

The study day will focus on three key areas:

    o Implementation of the Care Pathway in your health care setting

    o Education strategy

    o Analysis and benchmarking for the Care Pathway
