LCP - CARE OF THE DYING PATHWAY FOUNDATION DAY 

 

The LCP Foundation Day is a one day programme which gives an overview of the LCP, takes the delegate through the document and the implementation process and explains how the research and analysis stages work, while putting the Pathway into the context of health care and the National Agenda.

 

Delegates have the opportunity to ask questions and to discuss the Pathway in workshops geared to particular working environments: hospital, hospice or community.

 

By the end of the day delegates should have a clear understanding of how the LCP is used in practice and of the benefits of implementing it in their workplace.
