Examples of Previous Relevant Collective Experience

• International collaborating centre for New Zealand with Liverpool Central for the Liverpool Care of the Dying Pathway (LCP)
• LCP Pilot with the MidCentral District Health Board (DHB) - Has involved implementing the LCP across five generalist sites in the DHB region.
• LCP Research project - Arohanui hospice is currently running a research project entitled a multisite qualitative investigation of staff perceptions of end-of-life care pre and post the implementation of an Integrated Care Pathway for the care of the dying patient that is linked to the LCP pilot project.
• Palliative Care Partnership - A collaboration between Compass Health (the regional general practice management organization) to create and support a partnership framework between specialist palliative care and General practice to meet palliative care regionally
