LCP Generic Version 12 - Electronic Data Entry and Reporting Tool

LCP Generic Version 12 was launched on Tuesday 8th December 2009 following presentations at the 6th Annual LCP Conference at the Royal Society of Medicine in London held on 25th November 2009, and the National LCP Reference Group on 2nd December 2009.  In order to further improve the service we provide in support of organisations during implementation of the LCP in their pilot sites, we are pleased to offer the use of the LCP Electronic Data Tool.  This electronic tool will support new registrations in the UK to LCP Generic Version 12.

The new electronic tool will improve our current process in the following ways:

  • Improve accuracy of information and contact details submitted for newly registered sites
  • Speed up the coding, submission and reporting of data for both the Base Review and Post Pathway process, while also improving the quality of data submitted
  • Provide an instant report of the results of the Base Review and Post Pathway once coding and submission of data is complete.

    All registrations will now be submitted online, using the electronic registration form.  Also, data entry and submission for the 'Base Review' (retrospective audit) and the 'Post Pathway' (post implementation audit) will now be online via an electronic audit proforma.  Please click the link below in order to access this website for the following :
