All of our publications, including our leaflets are printed and distributed by a company called CDP.  To order any LCP publications please download the Excel Form below, and return this to CDP either via post, email or fax.  If you are ordering on behalf of an organisation then once you received your goods, you will then be invoiced

Delivery charges

Standard delivery charges apply within the UK (£8.58 per box of up to 600 leaflets). To request a quote on delivery charges outside of mainland UK, please contact graham@cdp.co.uk
