The Action Research (local) LCP ICU Programme culminated in the launch of the current LCP ICU at our first LCP ICU National Meeting in April 2007.

We had representation from ICU and Specialist Palliative Care across the UK

The LCP Central Team UK within the MCPCIL recommends that the LCP ICU is Implemented following the guidance that is outlined in the LCP 10 Step Continuous quality improvement implementation & dissemination programme

The 10 Step programme will apply to all teams across sectors and specialities as it supports a change management agenda.
