A leaflet for carers which explains some of the changes which can occur in patients during the last 48 hours of life, it is aimed at reducing anxiety among carers.

 

 

Liverpool Care of the Dying Pathway (LCP) Leaflet

A general leaflet about the LCP including its key benefits, how the LCP links with other services, and information about how to get involved with the LCP

 

 

Guidelines for use of the LCP - professional

This leaflet was launched at the Annual National LCP Conference in 2005.  It looks are the individual goals, the ongoing assessments and variance reporting of the pathway in more detail, and is specifically targeting medical professionals.

 

 

Relative/Carer - Information Leaflet

This leaflet was launched at the Annual National LCP Conference in 2005.  It is specifically targeted at relatives / carers to give them more information on the LCP, looking at medication, treatment, religious and spiritual needs.
