The Service Innovation and Improvement Division comprises of programmes, projects and activities that drive up quality for care of the dying through service redesign, evaluation, innovation, service improvement and culture change.

The Service Innovation and Improvement Division aims to put innovation and research into action by applying proven quality improvement tools and technologies and assessing progress through systematic measurement.

The Care for the Dying Continuous Quality Improvement Programme which is internationally acclaimed for promoting high quality of care for the last hours or days of life sits within this division.
